We started in April 2021, Luisa and Constantino (we're married), and Gustavo is our son. Constantino is a trained and experienced chef who worked at Delta's Restaurant in New Brunswick for many years. Luisa is experienced in the industry as well and is a trained pastry chef.
We are unique within the Perth Amboy area in terms of our food. Our restaurant and bakery is family-owned and has a Mexican/Hispanic atmosphere. Our specialty right now is birria tacos.
